Our Story
In 1992 when we became the owners of Nelson’s Bay Area Mortuary we saw the need for pet cremation in the Bay Area and began to offer it immediately. Having your pet with you is so important.
In times past burial in your yard was traditional. Now with moving from home to home and apartment living we see the need to offer cremation so you may have your beloved pet with you always.
We understand the love and loss of a pet. When our beloved Ozzie passed away suddenly we knew we would select cremation. We placed his remains in an urn and a small portion placed in a pendant necklace that Tanya is able to wear to keep the memory of Ozzie close. It brings us great peace to have Oz with us.
